Every cloud apparently has a silver lining.

Developing countries are a funny lot

But is there a better place?

Is Italy developing or developed? Berlusconi?? Italians must be in the funny fray?

But is there a better place?

In Uganda some diude was handed over to the ICC by some leaders who apparently don't believe in that court.
But is there a better place?

Haha! Leaders elected have almost similar characters.
When they die you don't know whether to sympathise.
Some are reported to be corrupt.
Some are rumored to be wife snatchers, having extramarital relationships.
When they die of unclear circumstances you don't know whether to sympathise with them or not.

But is there a better place?

The leaders increase their pay as the money increases so also do wives.

Serves them right to have more money after all he that gives much receives much, give it to them they dish out cash for legitimate or illegitimate reasons.

Justice seems elusive and at times is found abroad.

Street urchins are molested, offender is tried abroad.

Corruption facing some two institutions one in a developing country the other in a 'developed'
The one in the developed country prosecutes the institution in its country for issuing a bribe the one given however sits pretty in the developing place.

I have said here before that grass is greener on the other side but has been put on it to make it and keep it that way.

ICC is mostly criticised for being slow to give justice.

The Kenyan Post Election Violence for instance. The court is alleged to have done a shoddy job in collecting evidence, the court on it's part claims that the government had a ploy to distemper evidence.

Let me spill some beans, in 1992 at the height of ethnic violence, Kikuyus raided a certain home in MOLO and managed to kill some diude they believed was behind the violence in the area. Mmh! It worked and the violence coiled down dead.

In 2007 the family of the slain 'mastermind' retaliated and killed the man who killed their father in 1992 , they sliced him to peices in that he was hardly recognizable. This time I was of age I knew what was happened in 1992 I was too young. 
Apparently many people were killed in 2007/2008 skirmishes.

After PEV 2007/2008 prophets arose and declared that 8-10 members of parliament would die that year, one two, three actually 8 died.

Most believe that even before the courts could hear the cases God had repaid the killer and masterminds their full dues as per the atrocities they did, some died mysteriously, some lost family members (close ones) mysteriously too and others added I n n to sane.

Now there is a God out here whether you believe it or not.

Remind me of West Africa, there is one of the countries that witnessed bloody wars some of the masterminds also died mysteriously one had his body decompose while he was still alive, another time he was in a wheel chair, then the trial was going on before the trial could end the 'villain' was dead.

The high and mighty have their characters examined by many thus their faults are easily identifiable the lowly one knows of his but can hide.

But where justice fails in the courts of men a higher one passes its judgment.

So the lowly too won't get away? Mmh! Try the straight and narrow to achieve purpose. It works, yes it does.

If all are crashed by the HIGHER COURT, not all, some know that that Jesus was judged guilty by that HIGHER COURT though He was innocent so that the guilty could be acquitted OF ALL.

IF acquitted of all I sleep tight and stick to my path undeterred, always in awe of this acquittal.

I may have deserved to add I n n too sane, rot while alive amongst many other things.

May the other guilty also know they don't have to crash, someone did so that they won't.

So there is justice, and its end is I'm justified.

Phew! I sit pretty loving for I have been loved.
