The huduma portal's main message is serious that is to give people online government service while still advertising the other physical centers where people can get the government services.
Have to commend people behind the Trust™ advertisement they have managed to send the message without being explicit, they might be safer than many other products. Kudos.
Reminds me of some liquid cooking oil that had some VERY SUGGESTIVE scenes I say VERY SUGGESTIVE, had some dude undressing and on and on any on, difficult to explain.
That was not the greatest problem, the main problem was as is with many other liquid cooking oils, they solidify after a several times of use.
