However 90% as humans is said to be out of habit what I relate to religion and thus opium. Doing something for 30 days consistently makes it habitual thus you can do it without much thinking, almost a reflex. In Kenya this year there has been serious fight against illicit brews and now hard drugs. Including opium. Those fellows who were addicts will have to take a new kind of opium, religion, habits. Yes,  habits.
